Shipping
All of our products are shipped to you from Belgium via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €50, €80, €100 or €250, depending on the designated country. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM from Monday to Friday shipped to Belgium or the Netherlands, will be delivered the following day. For all other shipping destinations, orders placed before 9.00 AM from Monday to Friday will be delivered according to the table below.

Self only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the products and its outer cardboard packaging, and email us as soon as possible at ils@naturalself.eu to notify us of the damage.
Customs
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
