Our story

Discover the story behind SELF

SELF is being yourself

How do I get the most out of life? By trying to enjoy and appreciate every moment of life as much as possible. Every day provides a new experience that I grab with both hands. Sometimes these things are very simple – like socializing with my family, the first rays of sunshine on my skin or enjoying a nice glass of wine. At the same time, there is a drive in me to seek out the unpredictable power of adventures in life: to discover unknown places, to meet new people, and to confront new challenges in order to realize my dreams.

But life can be very demanding. I have to be a good wife and mother, a good friend, a successful woman, etc. Obviously, I can’t be perfect in all of the things I do. But the most important thing of all is to be yourself. I feel it’s essential to take good care of myself and my own body by being aware of what I eat and what products I use. I need to feel well in my own skin, literally.

Arisen from the care I give to my daughter

Growing up, my daughter suffered from severe eczema. After many doctor appointments, a dozen prescriptions and even more creams, we gave up our hope. Nothing did help, not one single products lived up to the expectations. Desperately, I started my own research – there had to be something good and nourishing provided by Mother Nature.
SELF is food for the skin. We  pack ingredients at the highest levels of concentration to deliver maximum results—without a single drop of artificial chemicals.

After suffering another disappointment after trying an alleged all-natural product, I’ve had enough of the empty promises of an “eternally young skin”.  A voice inside me whispered the solution: why not create 100% natural skin care products myself? At this moment, SELF was born.

SELF is pioneer in natural luxury skincare, Isabelle couldn’t find 100% natural products for her daughters skin issues that were up to her standards of efficacy, quality, and purity. SELF is  for women who refuse to risk their health for beauty. If our team and our customers don’t feel that a product is perfect, we won’t launch it.
We believe women don’t have to choose between health and results or between natural and high-performance. Even women with skin issues! Every women deserves to have a healthy glowing skin without the use of chemicals!

I hope you enjoy our SELF products in the morning and evening and feel that your skin is recovering and glowing! Because that’s what I do it for!
