The holidays are supposed to be a time of warmth and togetherness, right? But not everyone can experience that coziness at home. That’s why we at Self did something special – something we’re so proud of and want to share with you.
A warm gesture during the holidays
On Friday 20 and Monday 23 December we visited four hospitals: the Heilig Hart Hospital in Lier, the Sint-Augustinus Hospital in Antwerp, the Sint-Franciscus Hospital in Heusden-Zolder and the University Hospitals in Leuven. There we were allowed to hand out Self-pamper packages to patients who have to spend their holidays in the hospital.
Small gestures, big difference
We put together 200 packages filled with Self products that provide softness and comfort: the Expert Recovering Night Cream , the Healthy Aging Facial Oil , the Deep Nourishing Body Butter and the Pink Clay Konjac Sponge . And guess what? You made it possible! Thanks to your support in December, we were able to use 20% of our proceeds to realize this campaign.
A small moment of self-care can really make a world of difference, especially during such a difficult time.
