Article 4: Offers and conclusion of agreement

  1. Offers are valid as long as they are stated on the Website and while stocks last.
  2. If the offer is subject to certain conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.
  3. Herself always describes as completely and accurately as possible what they sell and how the ordering process will proceed. The description is in any case sufficiently detailed to allow you to make a good assessment. In the event that Herself uses images for the goods and/or services offered, these are displayed as accurately and truthfully as possible. However, to err is human and if Herself has clearly made a mistake, it is not obliged to deliver.
  4. An agreement is concluded and final at the moment that an order confirmation has been handed over to you as a Consumer, or has been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you, and as soon as Herself has received approval from the card issuer for the payment transaction with credit or debit cards.

Herself strives to deliver products on the agreed delivery date but cannot be held liable for any delays beyond its control.
  3. If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified when it will be available again. Herself strives to notify you of any delays within four business days by email or phone. If delivery is not possible on time, Herself will notify you before the expected delivery time expires.
  4. If Herself fails to do so, you can cancel your order free of charge. In that case, Herself will refund you within 30 days of cancellation.

Article 9: Right of withdrawal

  1. When purchasing goods and/or services, you have 14 days from delivery or the conclusion of the agreement to decide not to keep the goods. In such a case, you can return the order without penalty and without giving a reason (the costs for this are paid by you, the buyer), within 14 days of receiving the order back from Herself, or after you have indicated that you wish to cancel the agreement. The full purchase price will be refunded.
  2. The direct costs of returning the goods are therefore your responsibility as the Consumer. Herself will indicate the cost, or provide an estimate if this cannot reasonably be calculated in advance.
  3. Herself reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  4. During the first 14 days after delivery, you are expected to handle both the order and its packaging with care. If you still wish to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use the goods to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep them.
