All our products are shipped to you from Belgium using a secure, traceable shipping method. No code is needed - the free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and does not include customs fees.

Orders placed before 8:00 PM from Monday to Friday and shipped to Belgium or the Netherlands will be delivered the next day. For all other shipping destinations, orders placed before 8:00 PM Monday to Friday will be delivered according to the table below.

Self only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next working day.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please keep the shipping box, products and outer packaging and email us as soon as possible at ils@naturalself.eu to notify us of the damage.

Customs

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in the price. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may incur customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the amount of these costs; these are your responsibility. Please consult your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes on your package.

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your product(s) free of charge within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer.

Please note: product(s) must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and therefore unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Also make sure that you choose a suitable cardboard shipping box for your return shipment to prevent the item(s) from being damaged during transport. Finally, it is important that you keep the shipping receipt from the carrier safe. If any issues arise during the shipping process, you can provide this receipt to us as proof of shipment.

To return the products correctly, you must follow the following steps:

Send an email to ils@naturalself.eu with your order number, the products you want to return, your phone number and your full name, address and bank details. For example, if you paid via Paypal, the money will also be refunded to your Paypal account.
After receiving a confirmation, you can send the products together with a copy of the email you sent us to Herself, Egide Walschaertsstraat 22, 2800 Mechelen (Belgium) . This way we can link your return to your account and prepare the refund.
