For optimal effect, you should use the products for at least 6 weeks, this is the period that your skin barrier needs to adapt to natural ingredients. During this period, a temporary outbreak of acne may occur, this is because your skin gets withdrawal symptoms and pushes the dirt out, so to speak. Definitely persevere, your skin will thank you!

• Cleaning: Cleanse your face every morning and evening with the mild facial cleanser. This soft milk will deeply cleanse your skin and remove dirt and makeup residue. For acne-prone skin, it is important that the skin is not put under pressure with chemicals or alcohol that dry out the skin barrier.
• Exfoliate: Scrub the skin 4 times a week with the Glow Inducing Facial Scrub, this soft scrub based on rice grains will deeply cleanse the pores and remove dead skin cells. Focus while scrubbing on the places where the skin is oilier and acne occurs. The other three days you will replace the scrub with the black konjac sponge. The konjac sponge is a sponge that gently cleanses the skin and absorbs excess sebum.
• Hydrate: Finally, it is important that acne-prone skin receives sufficient nutrients so that the barrier can recover. Use a dab of day cream in the morning and massage in with circular movements.

As the acne diminishes, the use of the facial scrub is replaced by the konjac sponge. When the skin has fully recovered, treat the skin to a deep cleansing scrub once or twice a week and replace this with the black konjac sponge on the other days.
