How does the subscription model work?

With every full-size product and on selected sets and accessories you can take out a subscription. Per product you can choose how often your product will be delivered: this can be every 6, 12 or 16 weeks. A few days before the delivery of your order you will receive an email with more information and a tracking link. This way you are always informed when your package with selfcare will arrive.

In your account you can always change, pause or stop your subscription. In addition, you can also add additional products to your subscription or enter a received promotional code.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Managing your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your account with your email and password. Once logged in to your account, click on "manage your subscription". Here you can postpone or cancel your next order, change your products, or even cancel your subscription completely. Canceling your subscription is possible from the 2nd term onwards.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Don't worry! Our subscription is completely free of obligation and there are no cancellation fees. You can stop, pause or adjust your subscription at any time from the 2nd term onwards.

Can I change the products in my subscription?

We totally understand your question. Your skin changes and so do your skin's needs. For some people this changes seasonally, with age and others like to treat themselves every now and then.

Within your account you can easily add products or change or adjust the products in your subscription.

How does payment work?

When you sign up for your subscription, you will only pay for your first order during checkout. This can only be done with Visa or Mastercard (a CVC code is important). After that, the amount will be automatically debited at the end of each subscription period, when you receive a new delivery.

If you pause your subscription after the 2nd period, no money will be debited.

Can I use promo codes or loyalty discounts during a subscription?

Yes! 🙂 In the dashboard of your subscription account you can add a code on the right. This can be a promotional code or a loyalty discount.

Please note: Do you have a promo code that gives you a free product? First add that product manually to your shopping cart (always stay in the area of your subscription dashboard) and then enter the code.
