With Self you give your skin a healthy detox and strengthen the skin barrier with healthy, active substances. The products in this set are suitable for all skin types but can be used in particular for:

  • Impurities and acne

Instructions

For optimal effect, you must use the products for at least 6 weeks, this is the period that your skin barrier needs to adapt to natural ingredients. During this period, a temporary flare-up of acne may occur, this is because your skin experiences withdrawal symptoms and pushes the dirt out, as it were. Definitely bite the bullet, your skin will thank you!

  • Clean:  Clean your face every morning and evening with the mild facial lotion. This gentle lotion will deeply cleanse the skin and remove dirt and makeup residue. With acne-prone skin, it is important that the skin is not put under pressure with chemicals or alcohol that dry out the skin barrier.
  • Exfoliate: Scrub the skin 4 times a week with the Boost of Oxygen Facial Scrub, this gentle scrub based on rice grains will deeply cleanse the pores and remove dead skin cells. While exfoliating, focus on the areas where the skin is oilier and where acne occurs. For the other three days you will replace the scrub with the black konjac sponge. The konjac sponge is a sponge that gently cleanses the skin and absorbs excess sebum.
  • Hydrate: Finally, it is important that acne-prone skin receives sufficient nutrients so that the barrier recovers. Use a lick of day cream in the morning and massage in a circular motion.

As the acne diminishes, the use of the facial scrub is replaced by the konjac sponge. When the skin has fully recovered, treat the skin to a deep cleansing scrub once or twice a week and replace it with the black konjac sponge on the other days.
