We are very happy with our collaboration with Josefien Smet from YOSOGREEN . As a culinary entrepreneur, she shares her love for vegan cuisine and natural lifestyle during inspiring workshops. Her motto? Self-care is so much more than personal care. It also means paying attention to your inner care. We couldn't agree more! Selfness is the new wellness!

Especially for us, Josefien put together 6 delicious, healthy recipes based on the ingredients of our products. Proof that what you put on your skin should be perfectly edible!

Avocado Tartare

A taste and one of my absolute top favorites!

 

What do you need for 4 people?

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 10 radishes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • Salty

Preparation:

  • Cut the avocado, cucumber and radishes into brunoise (small pieces).
  • Halve the avocados, remove the pit and peel and also cut the flesh into small cubes. Place the pieces in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Place a cooking ring on a plate and fill with the vegetable tartare.
  • Push and carefully remove the ring.
  • Finish off with fresh herbs
