This gray period is always the time when we start to adjust our skin routine a little. The summer months are behind us, and so it's time for some small changes. We call that preparing our skin for autumn.
Why change your routine?
Autumn is the time to let your skin recover from the summer. You may have suffered some sun damage and some pigment spots this summer. Now you have to tackle that asap! Furthermore, skin can look quite dull after the summer. And you might also want to look at the textures of the products you use.
What adjustments can you make?
Hydrate
So: we adjust our textures. In summer we usually opt for lighter textures, more gel-like. In autumn and especially in winter it can all be a bit richer, a bit smoother, so that our skin receives sufficient nutrition.
Your skin could also probably use a little more hydration after dry, sunny summer months. So HYDRATE: get your fluid balance back on track + bring it back into balance so that it can compete with culprits such as the heating. Our All-Day Dreamer and All-Night Starlight are perfect for your face, the Fine Delicate body butter for your body to completely hydrate and restore moisture balance!
This applies to both the skin on our face and your body. We are probably not the only ones who feel a bit tight in autumn and certainly in winter. Then it's time to bring out the big resources! And an extra tip: apply our body butter immediately after showering or taking a bath when your skin still feels a bit wet. Extra hydration boost!
Equalize
After the summer you may have some pigment spots or dull summer skin. Then it is time to work back on radiant skin by exfoliating. You can do this by using our scrub! We have one for both the face and the body !
You can also take a stronger approach with an exfoliation treatment with acids such as glycolic acid or salicylic acid. The dead skin cells are removed and you will regain your radiant skin step by step.

Do you have really stubborn pigment spots? Then it is best to completely adjust your skin care routine and really focus on fading the spots. 1) with the right adapted products and 2) by perhaps doing a real multiple exfoliation treatment with a specialist: they work with much more concentrated products and will therefore get even better results.
In autumn it is very important to give your skin extra love. You let them recover from the summer and prepare them for the cold winter.
love,
